Ingredients
1 strawberry
1 ounce Elderflower White Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces vodka
3 ounces sparkling wine (Brut Rose works well with this)
Garnish: Strawberry
Directions
Muddle the strawberry, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, elderflower white balsamic, and vodka, and shake well.
Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
Top with the sparkling wine, and garnish the glass with a strawberry.
