1 oz Amaretto (Disaronno is always a good choice)
1 oz Honey-Ginger White Balsamic
Sparkling water, to fill the rest of the glass
Add ice cubes to a Highball or Collins glass (we need a better picture for this recipe, we're working on it!). Add the amaretto and honey-ginger balsamic, then fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water.
