Our Ultra Premium, cold-pressed, and high polyphenol Extra Virgin Olive Oils are the healthiest and freshest available. In order to meet the Ultra Premium standard, they must exceed a comprehensive set of requirements. Thanks to having fairly high smoke points (averaging 400 F), these EVOO's are also great for cooking!
