Italian Amaro or bitters, is an Italian herbal liqueur that is commonly consumed as an after-dinner digestif. It usually has a bitter-sweet flavour, sometimes syrupy, and has an alcohol content between 16% and 40%.
Ingredients
1 oz Amaro - Italian Bitters liqeur
1 oz Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
Ice cubes, 2 - 4
Sparkling Water, to fill
1/4 Cup or a few frozen blueberries (optional for garnish)
Directions
Mix the amaro & peach balsamic together in a hurricane-style glass. Add ice cubes, then fill almost to the top with the sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of peach, if desired.
