Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quick rolled oats
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Soul Kanel Seasoning
- Optional: fresh fruit, almond butter, etc.
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small mason jar.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
3. Eat directly from the jar.
