Espresso Balsamic w/ Peaches & Ice Cream

Ingredients
As many peaches as you want to grill
1-2 scoops of Vanilla ice cream per bowl
Espresso Balsamic Vinegar, to drizzle on each bowl
Mint leaves, for optional garnish
Walnuts, also optional garnish


Directions
Cut the peaches in halves, remove the pits. Grill your peaches until they caramelize. Place them in a bowl with the scoops of ice cream, then drizzle the Espresso Balsamic over top for a nice zing!
