Balsamic & Olive Oil BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup ketchup
½ cup Aceto Balsamico di Modena or Traditional Dark Balsamic
¼ cup honey or brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼–½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

Warm the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Whisk in the ketchup, balsamic vinegar, and honey (or sugar) until combined.

Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Simmer gently for 15–20 minutes – Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Brush the sauce on the ribs in the last 10–15 minutes of grilling or baking so it caramelizes without burning.

Serve extra sauce on the side for dipping
