This peanut sauce is AMAZING and you'll be wanting to make this all the time!
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 Cup maple syrup (or honey, or liquid sweetener of your choice)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 Cup sugar-free peanut butter
Add all ingredients to a small blender and pulverize them into the sauce.
