Pizza Dough - From The Olive Oil Co. Kitchen

**Makes Two**

You can use Ultra Premium EVOO, or even Tuscan Herb Olive Oil to give the crust some extra flavour!

Wet Ingredients
1 Cup warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp quick rise yeast

Blend these together and let sit until nice and frothy. (Half an hour or so) 

Dry Ingredients
1 tsp salt
2 cups organic flour

Add frothy wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well and knead 2 balls on a floured surface.

Place both balls of dough in bowls. Cover completely in olive oil and let them sit for an hour or as long as you like. (the longer they sit, the more they'll grow and have great flavour).

Use remaining olive oil in the bowls to coat your pans and spread dough onto them.

Add toppings, then bake @ 425 degrees for 16 minutes, swapping them on their racks halfway for an even bake.

(Optional) Finish them off with a drizzle of Traditional, Fig, or Denissimo balsamic!
