Pizza Dough - From The Olive Oil Co. Kitchen
**Makes Two**
You can use Ultra Premium EVOO, or even Tuscan Herb Olive Oil to give the crust some extra flavour!
Wet Ingredients
1 Cup warm water
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp quick rise yeast
Blend these together and let sit until nice and frothy. (Half an hour or so)
Dry Ingredients
1 tsp salt
2 cups organic flour
Add frothy wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well and knead 2 balls on a floured surface.
Place both balls of dough in bowls. Cover completely in olive oil and let them sit for an hour or 3 hours at most.
Place pieces of parchment paper on your pans (you'll thank us later!) and spread dough onto them.
Add toppings, then bake @ 425 degrees for 16 minutes, swapping them on their racks halfway for an even bake.
(Optional) Finish them off with a drizzle of Traditional, Fig, or Denissimo balsamic!
