- 12 ounces sweet potatoes
- 2 parsnips
- 1/3 cup Red Apple Dark Balsamic OR Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic
- Salt and pepper
Peel and cut sweet potato and parsnips into 1-1/2-inch pieces. Boil in lightly salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and return to pot with 1/3 cup Red Apple or Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic, salt, and pepper. Mash until nearly smooth.
