1 package of Feta cheese
Fresh Basil (amount depending on how many people you're feeding)
Blueberry Dark Balsamic, for drizzling.
Chop watermelon into bite sized cubes.
Chop Feta into cubes slightly smaller than the cubes of watermelon.
With a toothpick, poke a hole in one end of a basil leaf (you can slice the leaves in half lengthwise if you need more pieces), then slide the feta onto the pick (try not to crumble it) and poke the other end of the basil leaf on.
Poke the basil and feta into a chunk of watermelon.
Finish with a drizzle of Blueberry Dark Balsamic, or a balsamic of your choice that pairs well with watermelon.
