Directions
Let sea bass sit out for 20-30 minutes before cooking, pat dry to remove extra moisture, and salt fish on both sides. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat add all your Infused Oils. Cook fish for about 4 minutes on each side. Garnished with chopped Scallions – serve over rice or salad.
