Ingredients
200g noodles, your preference
2-3 Tbsp Gochujang Infused Olive Oil
6 cloves of garlic, minced
3 medium green onions, thinly sliced, light and green parts separated
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
Recommended Sides:
Bok Choy
Hard or soft boiled eggs
Edamame
Carrot, shredded
Asian cucumber salad
Directions
Prepare any sides you wish to serve with the noodles first, or during the process to time it right for serving.
Set a large pot of water on the stove on high, bring to a boil.
Mince the garlic and slice the green onions, put the darker green parts into a small bowl for garnish later.
Mix the soy sauce and rice vinegar together in a small bowl, set aside.
Once the pot of water is boiling, add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
Set a large skillet to medium-high heat and add the Gochujang Infused Olive Oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and white parts of the green onion. Stir continuously for 1 minute, until they're fragrant and slightly golden.
Turn the heat down to low, then add the soy sauce & rice vinegar mixture, stir to combine.
Once the noodles are done cooking, remove from the water and place directly into the skillet with the sauce. Mix the noodles in the sauce thoroughly.
Top with the dark green onion slices and lightly toss. Plate the noodles along with your sides. Garnish with more green onion, sesame seeds, or chili flakes, if desired. Enjoy!
