Honouring the rich heritage of this Mediterranean paradise, we source the ripest, juiciest blood oranges to create a marmalade that’s brimming with authentic flavour. Each jar of our marmalade is a feast for your senses, with its beautifully intense, ruby-red colour and tart, sweet citrus notes.

Uses
Cheese, which is devoid of sugar and usually salty, rounds out and mellows the taste of marmalades. On the other hand, mandarin, lemon and orange marmalades are great pairing options to accompany fresh, soft or sweet cheeses. With ricotta or robiola, creamy cheeses and mascarpone, orange marmalade is definitely recommended.

We use 65% whole, freshly harvested fruit to ensure the natural taste and aroma shines through in every spoonful. The result? A delectably textured marmalade that’s as close to nature as you can get.

Artisan
The story begins when Salvatore Mammana, a 26-year old recent graduate of political science studies, informed his father of his desire to produce jam! Even at the time, this idea was not a farfetched dream, but an entrepreneurial initiative with a clear vision that, as we’ve seen over time, has proven to be an ongoing success thanks to the consistent quality that our producer has been able to achieve these last thirty years.

Sicilian blood oranges with peel 65%, Sugar, Gelling agent: fruit pectin, Acidifier: citric acid.
