Chef Andres' Tomato Sauce

Local Chef Andres knows what it takes to make an unforgettable dish! This easy to make sauce will make sure you can't stop eating pasta. Believe us, it's dangerously good!


1 Lg Can of San Marzano Tomatoes
1 Can of tomato paste
¼ Cup of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Favuzzi Pasta (of your choice) ** At The Olive Oil Co., we carry: Spaghetti, Linguine, Ricciole, Lumache, Penne and Fusilli

Add can of tomatoes, tomato paste and Tuscan Herb Olive Oil to a simmer.
*TIP* If you want to add a little sweetness to your sauce, drizzle in a bit of Traditional Balsamic or Saba.
Boil your pasta until al dente (slightly chewy) and drain most of the water. Keep a little for the starches.
Add a bit of the sauce to the pasta so they get to mingle and know each other.
Serve and enjoy!
