- 1/2 cup Basil Infused Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup A-Premium Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
