Helen Smith's Salad Dressing
Excellent drizzled over salads. Also pairs well with meat, chicken,
seafood or vegetables!
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey or maple syrup
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Whisk together all of the ingredients. Place in small jar with a tight fitting lid.
Store in the fridge for up to one week.
