Blueberry or Black Currant Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries or black currants
3 tsp. honey
2 tsp. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar or Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar or Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 package of goat cheese, softened to room temperature
French bread or crackers

Directions
Add blueberries or currants, honey, balsamic vinegar and salt to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow mixture to cool.
With a mixer, cream the cheese. Spread goat cheese over a small plate and spread with the blueberry mixture.
Serve dip with crusty French bread or crackers.
