Excellent topping for steak or chicken, or as a side dish!

Ingredients
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 oz. whole mushrooms, or you can use sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
Heat oil in a medium sized skillet. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper
to taste. Saute for 1-2 minutes or until they start to get tender.
In small bowl whisk together the vinegar, honey and garlic. Add this
sauce to the mushrooms and continue to saute for 3-5 minutes until
The sauce reduces and mushrooms are tender and coated in the sauce.
Garnish with the freshly chopped parsley.
