Nectarine Crostini

Butter Infused Olive Oil (Vegan)
Honey Ginger Balsamic
Sourdough Baguette (or any baguette)
Mascarpone cheese
Chopped Parsley (for presentation)


Place sliced nectarines in a container and drizzle with Honey Ginger Balsamic, let sit over night.
Next day - Grill or bake nectarines for about 2 minutes each side enough for the Balsamic to become a glaze, set aside.
Cut your sourdough baguette and brush with Butter Olive Oil then toast until golden brown.
Once toasted add mascarpone and top with the sliced nectarine - add chopped parsley for presentation.
