Pizza with Fig Sauce - The Olive Oil Co Kitchen

Sweet and savoury mingle together perfectly in this pizza toppings recipe!
Make sure you grab our Garlic Olive Oil, Lemon Fused Olive Oil, and the Favuzzi White Fig Spread!

Ingredients - For 1 Pizza
Favuzzi White Fig Jam - 2 heaping Tbsps
Garlic Olive Oil - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Salt & Pepper, to your taste
Lemon juice, just a splash

Directions
Mix the ingredients together in a jar with a lid, stirring and blending well, then screw the jar lid on and leave in the fridge over night.

The next day when you make your pizzas, spread the dough out on the pan, and bake halfway through the time required. At the halfway mark, remove from the oven, then spread the garlicky fig spread onto the dough.

Toppings recommended: feta, sliced prosciutto laid out like a clock, and two handfuls of arugula that's been dressed with Lemon Olive Oil and a pinch of salt TO BE ADDED AFTER THE PIZZA HAS BEEN BAKED. DO NOT BAKE THE ARUGULA.
