Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups cucumber, cubed
- 2 Tbsp mint, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mild Intensity
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Kanel Cold Smoked Sea Salt
Directions
1. In a large bowl, add the watermelon, cucumber and mint.2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice and Cold Smoked Sea Salt.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the melon mixture and toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle with feta and serve.
