We've dubbed these our Pizza Potatoes because our Aglio Napoletano brings out that savoury, oven-fresh flavour you get with pizza. Tossed in olive oil then seasoned with this garlicky blend, this simple recipe is the kind of side dish even Nonna will adore.

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp Aglio Napoletano Kanel Seasoning
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Robust Intensity
Optional: fresh parmesan or nutritional yeast
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut potatoes into wedges (approximately 4-6 per potato).
3. Place potatoes wedges in a bowl and toss with oil.
4. Sprinkle Aglio Napoletano over wedges and continue to toss.
5. Arrange in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
Optional: sprinkle with parmesan or nutritional yeast for extra cheeziness
