Sliced Potatoes on the Grill

Note: This recipe depends on how many potatoes you're going to make.

Slice potatoes very thin. Spread ½ slices on doubled foil. Brush with Flavoured EVOO of choice. We often choose Butter Infused EVOO. Some excellent choices are Chipotle, Madagascar Black Pepper, Garlic, or combine some oils – Greek Oregano Agrumato & Lemon Agrumato are a nice combination. A spicy oil like Baklouti Green Chili or Cayenne Agrumato oils add a nice heat.

After the oil, shake on Favuzzi Bologna Salt, or Favuzzi Spicy Italian Herb Mix.

Add another layer of potatoes, and repeat oil & salt mix of choice. Wrap up in foil. BBQ on med-high heat for 10 minutes on each side. Delicious every time!

** to prevent sticking use non-stick foil or brush with oil before adding first layer of potatoes.
